Diversified Insurance Group was formed on January 1st, 1996 by the merger of the Hammond Insurance Agency (formed in 1953) and Diversified Group (formed in 1995). From two good insurance agencies became one GREAT agency. Since the merger in 1996, we have grown dramatically, helping our clients with custom plans of insurance designed to meet their needs. We may not be the biggest (yet), but we think we are the best!
